Reid Park Zoo is small, but well maintained. And of course, because it's Tucson, you can go all year long and be comfortable. The price to get in is fair compared to other places I've been.

Reid Park Zoo has somehow transformed itself into a little zoo-ey oasis. You've got a good view of the animals in 90% of the exhibits. The tree-shaded zoo paths are narrow and twisty - it's a fun little maze to work through.

Obviously, Reid Park Zoo is not on the same level as the zoos in San Diego, DC. Pittsburgh's zoo is far better. Took me about an 1 1/2 hours to tour the area. Some of the animals seem a little cramped in their "homes.
