Micke Grove Zoo is part of Micke Grove Regional Park located in Lodi,
California. In 1938, the Micke family donated the 258-acre (1.04 km2)
oak tree park to the county of San Joaquin. The zoo itself was
originally curated by Ronald Theodore Reuther in 1957.
