I am so lucky to live near a real zoo! The Metro Richmond Zoo is a
lifesaver for any mom or dad who wants an inexpensive and enjoyable
family outing with their kids.
We took our two and a half year old to the Metro Richmond Zoo this
summer. It is well maintained and has quite a few animals to view. The
zoo is not too big for navigating with younger children - we saw it
in an afternoon.
Visit the Metro Richmond Zoo in Chesterfield County, where you can
encounter a variety of animals just minutes from Downtown Richmond.
Monkeys, zebras, giraffes, lions, tigers, rhinos, and camels are just
some of the more than 600 animals residing here in spacious,
naturalistic exhibits.
