Lory Park Zoo is a bird haven and sanctuary situated in Midrand,
Johannesburg , South Africa , once a host to many indigenous Fauna and
Flora.
We recently went to the Lory Park Zoo in Midrand and were
pleasantly surprised to see a wide variety of animals that looked
happy and well cared for.
I have absolutely fallen in love with Lory Park Zoo, it was
fantastic!!! It has always been a dream to have interaction with a
tiger and on Sunday the 08/03/2009, is just what I had...a dream come
true.
I would like to know what precautions Lory Park Zoo has put in place
following the attack of a Serval ( a wild cat) on a little girl on the
21st March. The injuries were quite severe and I am very weary taking
my children there now.
Lory Park Zoo is a great place for company functions. What better
place to get to know your colleagues than at the Zoo, while getting to
know our animals.
